II’ve spent my career behind the chair, on the salon floor as an owner, and on stage as a traveling hair educator — and one thing has always been clear:

Stylists don’t need more techniques. They need clearer decisions.

My name is J Ladner. I’m a hair color educator, traveling beauty educator, and hair influencer dedicated to helping stylists at every career stage work with more confidence and less chaos.

All of my online hair education, in-person classes, and coaching is built on one framework: Depth. Contrast. Coverage. These aren’t trends or techniques — they’re outcomes that guide placement, patterns, and long-term client relationships.
